Random office Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status at any time from the Orders section in your account.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, go to your order history and select Request a return. We'll send you a prepaid return label by email.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount will appear on your original payment method. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

No — you can check out as a guest without registering. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses, and access your order history at any time. You can always create an account later using the same email address you used for your guest purchase.

There are a few common reasons this can happen:

• The billing address doesn't match what your bank has on file

• Your card has insufficient funds or has reached its limit

• Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious

• The card details (number, expiry, or CVV) were entered incorrectly

We recommend contacting your bank directly if the issue persists. No charge is made to your account when a payment is declined.

You have a short window to make changes or cancel — usually up to 1 hour after placing the order, while it's still being processed. To request a change, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been picked and dispatched from the warehouse, we're unable to modify or cancel it. In that case, you're welcome to return the item once it arrives.
